ABOUT BLUMAROL
Blumarol Integrated Services Limited is a Nigerian company incorporated on 1 April 2022 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 and limited by shares. The Company is registered with relevant Nigerian maritime authorities, including the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), and is licensed by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) for specialised transportation and offshore logistics activities within the upstream oil and gas sector.
Blumarol commenced business operations on 31 December 2023, following the arrival in Nigeria in September 2023 of its first aluminium surfer vessel built and brought in from Singapore. This milestone marked the transition from corporate formation to active marine operations and established the foundation for the Company’s longterm fleet development strategy.
Our business is focused on supporting offshore oil and gas exploration, production and related marine activities through a flexible fleet model that may include wholly owned, co-owned and brokered vessels. This model is designed to give clients access to appropriate marine capacity while enabling Blumarol to respond efficiently to changing operational requirements.

Blumarol was established with a clear conviction: Nigeria’s offshore and maritime economy requires indigenous service companies that combine local knowledge and responsiveness with the discipline, governance and service culture expected of international operators. From incorporation in 2022 to the deployment of our first aluminium surfer vessel and commencement of operations in December 2023, our journey has been defined by deliberate capability-building and a commitment to sustainable growth.
